Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 21 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

Items marked “final sale” are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds of any kind.

To start a return or exchange, reply to your order confirmation email and request which products you would like to return. A prepaid return shipping label will be sent to you within 72 hours. Please print the prepaid return shipping label and send items back to us. Once items have been received, please allow 7-10 business days for refund to be approved and issued. Please note, Shop Dom & his Moms is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping and will not be able to exchange or refund any items impacted by a shipping issue.
